Nara_Lokesh_Padayatra_Police_ConditionsTDP scion Nara Lokesh‘s Padayatra – Mega Walkathon, Yuvagalam is the most talked about topic in Andhra Pradesh political circles now. But the AP government has been trying to obstruct the same.

Incidentally, Chittoor police have laid a whopping 29 conditions for Lokesh’s yatra and this comes while the AP government is already looking to impose GO. 1 which restricts roadshows and rallies in the state.

Some of the 29 conditions set by the police are that – there should be no obstructions for public transport and emergency vehicles, fire engines and ambulances should be in close vicinity to tackle emergency situations. Other conditions are, no usage of fireworks, prevention of the public bringing dangerous weapons, and following of instructions issued by local police.

Interestingly, the local TDP leadership refused to take the conditional permit papers given by the local police. They’ve made it clear that it is nearly impossible to hold a huge walkathon with so many restrictions. They’ve also added that some of the conditions like the one where people should not cross the road line while crossing crowded areas are not implementable.

Lokesh will be starting his Padayatra on the 27th of this month from his father’s own constituency of Kuppam. By the looks of it, the government of Andhra Pradesh is likely to do all it can to irk and trouble Lokesh in the course of 4000 kilometers and 400 days.
