The Corona cases across the country are increasing exponentially and the entire medical system is under immense stress. People are dying due to a lack of beds, oxygen, and life-saving drugs. Meanwhile, there are reports that Andhra Pradesh Government rejected permission for a 100-Bed Free COVID hospital.
TDP Mydukuru In-charge Putta Sudhakar Yadav reached out to Kadapa district collector Hari Kiran offering to start a free 100-Bed COVID hospital in the constituency. Sudhakar Yadav already owns a hospital in Mydukuru. The TDP leader alleges that the Government did not give the permission and the district collector has been not responding to his calls.
Putta offered free treatment and medicines to the patients if the Government permits. “If I am not given the permission, I urge the government to start a COVID Care Center of their own in Mydukuru. There is a severe shortage of beds”, Putta Sudhakar Yadav requested the Government.
Until, May 12th at 10 AM, there are 9,067 active cases in the Kadapa district. The district is adding around 1500-2000 cases daily.
