Andhra Pradesh has crossed the One Lakh Coronavirus cases mark. With the new cases of 6,051 cases in the past 24 hours, the total cases in the state have gone up to 1,02,349. There are 48 deaths as well with the total fatalities going up to 1,091.
A whopping 3,234 have been discharged in the last 24 hours. East Godavari, Kurnool, Guntur, and Anantapur have more than 10,000 cases each of which is the worrying factor. There are no major cities in Andhra Pradesh and so, there are no heavy population density areas.
Even then, the cases are high. All the claims of the Government taking effective steps to control the Pandemic are not reflecting in the numbers. Furthermore, there are apprehensions if the health infrastructure can handle this high load of patients. The coming days are going to be extremely tough.
According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (this morning bulletin), the total number of cases in the country are 14,35,453 with 32,771 deaths.
