Andhra Pradesh BJP may have taken the biggest U-Turn. BJP State President Kanna Lakshminarayana took to Twitter a little while ago and claimed that YSR Congress Government has erred in canceling the Kapu Reservations in Andhra Pradesh. Kanna ratified that the 5% quota given to the Kapu Community in 10% EWS Quota by the previous government is totally right.
Incidentally, the very BJP had found fault with this quota previously. Before posting his Open Letter to the Chief Minister on Twitter, Kanna Lakshmi Narayana deleted the tweets finding fault with the Kapu Reservations. It is obvious that BJP is trying to stoke Kapu Sentiment against the Government and benefit politically.
BJP opines that Kapu Community is not happy with TDP despite giving this quota and now is upset with YSR Congress Government. The Saffron Party is keen on wooing the community towards it at this moment. However, this stance has invited a lot of criticism on social media.
It is known to our readers that YSR Congress canceled the Quota saying that it is not right to implement it when the issue is in the courts.
