With elections just two years away, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu is keen on spending more time for the party affairs while relegating the duty of cabinet affairs and administration to another experienced leader.
Party general secretary Anam Ramnarayan Reddy is likely to be inducted, and be given a key portfolio in Naidu’s team. Yanamala may be sent to Rajya Sabha while Anam Ramnarayan will be accommodated in the AP Legislative Council for the remaining one year period of Yanamala.
Anam will be trusted the responsibility of handling Cabinet coordination, apart from taking care of the party state office affairs. Initially, Lokesh was the choice but Naidu wants him to concentrate on his portfolio and deliver.
