In the cabinet meeting the other day, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has told his cabinet Ministers that I-PAC will be coming back to help the party after his Government completes third year in power.
Andhra Pradesh politics has witnessed what I-PAC is capable of before 2019 elections. A seasoned politician like Chandrababu Naidu has become clueless in facing cutthroat political strategies of the Political Strategies of Prashant Kishor’s team.
The only difference in TDP then and now is that the party under Lokesh’s leadership had recognized the importance of social media and is trying to be aggressive in the space. The party is trying to offensive on the Government and is doing a decent job in cornering the Government.
So far the Ruling Party is clueless on social media space and is barely trying to counter TDP. But things will change drastically once I-PAC is in the fray. TDP itself will come under attack and there will be a Pro-Government propaganda as well. The TDP’s social media is so unorganized at this moment.
It will be a task if that is not corrected against a coordinated and ruthless. At the same time, I-PAC or any political strategist can not be as aggressive for a ruling party. Working for an Opposition party is like having a free run for anything and everything. So, the next couple of years would be exciting to watch for.
