CM Chandrababu Naidu has reviewed and finalized the designs of the first phase of the university buildings which would construct in 150 acres. The construction work would commence this March and the admissions are expected to open between August and September.
Phase 1 has been allocated the investment of 1200 crores out of 4000 crores pooled in for the complete University. Other top two premier universities, SRM and VIT have already finished their first phase buildings and started classes too. Now, Amrita University will be the third prestigious development to commence in the city.
