Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be attending a huge public meeting in Manugode on the 21st of this month.
Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy has resigned from Congress and his MLA post to bring by-elections here.
He will be joining the BJP in this meeting in the presence of Amit Shah. BJP has taken this meeting prestigiously as it would be a display of strength ahead of the election.
Interestingly, there is a slight change in Amit Shah’s schedule on that day.
He would spend 45 minutes in Ramoji film city and will sit with Media Baron Ramoji Rao. This meeting will be followed by another One hour 30 minutes meeting in Novotel with the BJP leaders.
This meeting has come at a time when there are speculations that BJP is looking at an alliance with TDP in Andhra Pradesh to impress the settlers in Telangana.
There is a buzz in the media circles that the BJP would soften its stand and ally with TDP in Andhra Pradesh as it thinks coming to power in Telangana is most important than the future plans of AP BJP.
