Rumours are that BJP President Amit Shah may be sent to Gujarat as the Chief Minister to stead the ship. If Modi wants him at the Center, Smriti Irani may be the chosen one for Gujarat. The 25 Parliament Seats in Gujarat are extremely crucial for BJP’s 2019 Campaign.
In 2014, BJP has won 25 out of 25 there. Modi and Shah are looking at nothing less than that for 2019. So, vocal and charismatic leaders like Amit Shah or Smriti Irani are the need of the hour for BJP in Gujarat. Let us see what Modi decides!
