Good news for the Andhra Pradesh origin NRI’s!. The Central government has approved the international status for Vijayawada Airport on Wednesday. It is like a dream come true for NRI travelers of AP, also a big relief, as they can reach their home sooner.
Hyderabad and Chennai international airports were only the feasible options till now and it is a huge break for the commuters to save time and energy with Vijayawada getting the international status. Also amidst this, the state has got three International Airports namely Vijayawada, Vishakapatnam, and Tirupati where in general, a state has one international airport.
