Municipal Minister, Narayana had revealed that the Construction of Amaravati Capital City will begin from January. The Construction of the Iconic Buildings in the Capital will also begin then and the state government is planning to bring the Capital a shape by the time of coming to Dussehra. The Overall target will be to complete the first phase capital construction before 2019 elections.
The government is busy distributing the plots to the farmers who gave lands to the Capital Construction under Land Pooling Policy. The state government had already started work on the new designs of the Iconic Buildings after the previous designs submitted by Maaki Associates of Japan drew bad feedback from the people.
Telugu Desam Party’s fortunes in 2019 elections will depend on the progress of the Capital Construction as Chandrababu Naidu is voted to power hoping that he is the abled leader to steer the state out of the trouble from all sorts of the troubles inherited from the bifurcation. Severe Cash Crunch and a non-sensitive Center is adding to the state government’s woes.
