The First Phase will have 21 points in the Blue Print action plan prepared by CRDA. Giving the developed plots to farmers, selecting the Master Architect are already delayed.

The CRDA is keen on preventing further delays. The biggest challenge for the first phase is to explore the funds needed for the Mega Project. CRDA is targeting to complete the layouts of farmer plots and ensure water and roads to this layouts by December 15th. Mitigating flooding to the Capital, Construction of Universities, Government and Private Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Convention Centers, Shopping Malls also come under the first phase.

The other priorities also include Developing River Front, Government and Private Residences, Commercial Offices, Central and Regional Parks, Temples, other religious structures, Museum, Libraries, Shilpa Ramam etc. These are on the top list to make sure Amaravati has got livable conditions. Further to make the capital area a cash cow, Two Industrial Parks, Industrial Sheds are being planned.

The development of the Seed Capital in 6.84 Kilometers Startup area and finishing the construction of all the iconic buildings. Roads and Sanitation facilities form the major agenda in the first phase. The government just has two years of time to do all these things. So, the Cash-Strapped State should race against time to bring the Capital a shape by December 2018.
