Singapore Firm Build Mega Financial Tower AmaravatiCore capital works of Andhra Pradesh are on the run with the target of completing the first phase of the development of the capital city before next elections. The first phase is going to have a huge financial tower to be built by Singapore consortium who would sign the deal with AP to take up the contract of the development works of the capital city.

The memorandum of Understanding would be signed by Naidu and the Singapore minister likely today. The plan is to start with the construction of the eight lakh square feet financial tower spreading over 600 acres, while the memorandum covers the development of Amaravati start-up area of 1,691 acres.

The state will launch an application facilitating the sale of plots as a part of the land collection for the development. Farmers can use this application to sell their plots. The memorandum is planned to benefit both the parties with creating opportunities for Singapore to invest in AP and AP get to use their expertise for economic development.
