Opposition Parties are meant to irk the government and trouble it in all possible ways. No party is averse to this rule. Jagan is doing the same for TDP government but in the process is damaging his own reputation. Lack of proper homework and lack of proper understanding of people’s aspirations seem to the problem.
Supreme Court had strongly reacted on Senior Journalist ABK Prasad’s case demanding to stop Amaravati construction and CBI inquiry on Amaravati affairs. It is an open secret that Jagan is behind these cases. Since the court judgement came as a huge embarrassment, YSR Congress should distance from the issue to save face.
But the party seem to be faltering in its strategy. YSR Congress Spokespersons are lining up to defend ABK Prasad and his cases. They went to the extent of praising ABK Prasad as the greatest journalist born in the state and is supporting his bid to stop Amaravati. In that way, they are showcasing themselves as opposing the Capital which will only push them further away from people of Krishna and Guntur districts
