State IT and Industries Minister KTR posted an interesting tweet on the Telangana culture and traditions getting a big hype in Telugu cinema. The recent films Balagam and Dasara were shot in the dialect of the Telangana region.
On this occasion, Minister KTR thanked the Chief Minister of the state, K Chandrashekar Rao, on Twitter. KTR said that he is thankful to KCR for reviving the cultural sector in Telangana state. He said the Telangana dialect was once ridiculed, but now it gets its glory in a big way.
While some people on social media were happy and congratulated KTR and KCR, there were some who were not happy that KTR gave the entire credit to KCR.
Balagam has turned out to be a sleeper blockbuster, while Dasara is doing wonders at the box office. It’s true that the Telangana culture and nativity were brilliantly established with full authenticity in these films which also became one of the reasons for their success.
