Telangana government seem to be taking the lion Modi by its tail. After the Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao sparking off a controversy by calling the Prime Minister a fascist, it is the turn of his son and Telangana’s IT and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao to lock horns. On the occasion of Modi’s government completing 100 days, KTR said, “100 days is early to judge a new government. But we can certainly assess the intent and motivation. Going by the feelers of the three months, Modi’s government certainly falls short of expectations”.

Asked if he and his government feels Modi is tilted more towards Andhra Pradesh compared to Telangana, KTR said, “That’s the question you got to ask the Union government. But I am sure that we did not receive that much of support which we ought to get from the center.” Needless to say the young leader expressed his disappointment at Modi government taking the Ordinance route to annex to Andhra Pradesh seven mandals which “rightfully belong” to Telangana.
