Former Minister Konathala Ramakrishna is going to join the Telugu Desam Party after a lot of flipflops. He came before media and announced that he is supporting TDP candidates in the election and said TDP is the only party which can begin Special Status and other things to Andhra Pradesh.
Konathala will join TDP very soon. He is likely to influence Anakapalli Parliament and the Assembly Seats coming under it. Konathala was to join TDP and contest for Anakapalle Parliament. But he surprised everyone by meeting Jagan the last week. He backed off while Jagan tried to put the Party Kanduva on him.
Konathala wanted Jagan to commit on the ticket for him before admitting him into the party but Jagan wanted him to join unconditionally. Konathala sensed trouble and came back. Due to this flip-flop, he even lost Anakapalli MP ticket from TDP and had to remain away from the contest in this elections.
