ABN-Andhrajyothy is putting up a remarkable improvement in TV Viewership in both the Telugu States. The News Channels which used to be at the bottom of the TRP Rating Table improved by leaps and bounds and managed to climb up to the third most views News Channel Slot.
Only TV9 and NTV are ahead of ABN. Interestingly, Jagan Mohan Reddy promoted Sakshi TV is not in the Top 5. Usually, in Telugu states, the channels depict the political mood of the people as each channel is tied up to some political ideology.
ABN-Andhrajyothy of late is favoring the ruling parties in both the states – TDP in Andhra Pradesh and TRS in Telangana. The Channel which used to oppose TRS in the initial days had to suffer a ban. But once the channel is unbanned, RK and KCR are in for a patch up.
We have seen Telangana Top Brass giving Exclusive Interviews to ABN-Andhrajyothy in the recent years and when a small fire accident occurred in the Channel’s Office a couple of months ago, CM KCR himself personally visited the office.
