Aam Admi Party is making its entry down the South too. The party seem to be serious in its expansion plans down the South and is currently eyeing Andhra Pradesh too. The membership drive of the party began in Hyderabad couple of days ago. Volunteers are deployed at banks, government offices, IT hubs etc where educated people are more. The volunteers are seen approaching people and giving away pamphlets about Kejriwal and Aam Admi Party and requesting them to fill the membership form.
It is said that Arvind Kejriwal is expected to attend a big public meeting in Hyderabad towards the end of February or early March. He is reportedly in talks with leaders from other parties and other intellectuals of the society to lead the party in Andhra Pradesh. The party is also clear in Telangana issue. The party supports bifurcation and will run separate units in Telangana and Seemandhra region.
