3450 Crore to Put Amaravati on Rail Map?Indian Railways has finished the survey to connect Amaravati, the upcoming capital of Andhra Pradesh with Railways. 106.56 Kilometers of the track has to be laid to connect Amaravati on Rail Map and this is going to cost a whopping 3450 Crore.

800 hectares of land had to be acquired for this track and this complete expense had to be born by Andhra Pradesh government. Amaravati will also get a huge terminal which will only cost a sensational 500 Crore. The exact location had to be finalized.

Once this track is complete, one can directly travel to Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai from Amaravati itself. Cargo facilities will also come up which will make the transportation of construction material for the Capital easy.
