Three of the senior leaders and those who stayed with Jagan since he came out of the Congress party are now not at all happy with the party and are mulling over the next step in their political careers. Pilli Subash Chandra Bose, Konathala Rama Krishna and Balineni Srinivas Reddy are the three leaders. These leaders did not attend the state level review meeting of the party on Tuesday despite getting a personal phone call from Jagan.

Konathala was recently demoted from the Convenor position of Political Affairs Committee to just a member. Balineni was totally ignored by Jagan after the election defeat. None of his men got representation in the recent committees announced by Jagan. And on the other side, Pilli Subash Chandra Bose was not happy with Jagan even before the election and is staying away from the party affairs for a long time. Experts say if these leaders opt to join other parties it will be a major blow to YSR Congress which is already reeling under the pressure of a big electoral defeat.
