Indian-Texas-ProstitutionTexas police have arrested close to two dozen people in a prostitution sting operation in Northwest Texas.

The police investigation began shortly after a police report was filed by a neighbour who was growing increasingly suspicious about a short-term rental near his house in LBJ Freeway and Marsh Lane.

Upon further investigation, the police busted a prostitution racket at the rental and then arrested as many as 23 people.

All 23 people who were arrested are men who were soliciting prostitution. They are believed to be aged between 27-70. It was later identified that these men were using 2 websites to traffic women for sex.

Two of the 23 people who were arrested are Indian men. While one is Ram Yarlagadda, the other is Dibyendu Mukherjee.

The police also seized three firearms and over $6000 in cash from the bust. Further investigation is underway now.
