The Anti-Terror operation in Gurudaspur is now complete after 10 hours of intense firing between the NSG commandos and Terrorists in Gurudaspur, Punjab. Three civilians and three Police including Superintendent of Police (Detective), Baljit Singh, a Punjab provincial service officer lost their lives while the commandos have eliminated three terrorists indulged in this heinous attack.
It is said that one terrorist was captured alive. The Central government is likely to make a statement about the operation in a while now. This is the first ever terror attack after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister.
All the terrorists are in Army Uniform and so they have got easy passage. They have also setup 5 bombs on the local railway track but the police managed to diffuse them. All the states in the country are put on high alert following this terror attack.
