Lakshmi Manchu and Chaitanya MRSK are running ‘Teach For Change’ since 2014 creating various winning modules ranging from flagship volunteer programs, ICT Infrastructure and Smart Classrooms in government schools.
These modules have proven results in improving foundational learning skills of children in primary schools and imparting digital literacy to high school students. Driven by eminent members of civil society, the organization has so far worked with 432 Government schools transforming the lives of 42,608 students across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Lakshmi Manchu had announced the 8th edition of the annual fundraiser fashion show to be held in Hyderabad on February 19. Highlight of the show is Rakul Preet Singh and her boyfriend Jackky Bhagnani are going to walk the ramp for this cause in designer Varun Chakkilam’s outfits, a collection specially designed for the show. The show will have a robust line-up of South and BTown Actors, singers and sportsmen participating.
