Malayalam charming hero Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Sita Ramam’ is carrying positive buzz, thanks to its breezy trailer and mellifluous songs, that have garnered a thumbs up from audiences.
It’s a full length role and it’s the first solo film for DQ in Telugu and he is pretty excited about it. “All I can say is Sita Ramam is a rare, original and classic script that I came across. I was hooked on the screenplay which I liked the most. The way director Hanu presented the film is really captivating,” said Dulquer.
When asked about his statements of quitting doing romantic genres, DQ smartly replied that he is aging. “I should evolve more as an actor and so I would be taking a break from doing love stories. Any role that excites me and if I find it different from the routine stuff, I would go for it,” replied DQ.
On Telugu audiences, Dulquer felt that he is grateful for the immense adoration. “I never imagined the response at places like Vizag and Vijayawada. I’m blessed and lucky,” opined the Malayalam hero.
Sharing the equation with producer Ashwini Dutt, DQ added that he is cordial and welcoming. “The way he takes care of me and wants to give the best delivered to me, is something I can never forget. This is my second collaboration with Vyjayanthi Movies, can’t get better than this,” said DQ.
