Che Guevera Inspired My Character: RanaRana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi’s Virata Parvam is set for a grand release on June 17th. The trailer released recently was so intense and striking that people were waiting for the movie’s release. Rana has interacted with the press on this occasion.

“I felt the intensity right when I first read the script. I never heard a script like Virata Parvam. It is all about how far someone can for love and the sacrifices they do. It is the first time I am doing a great love story in my career, Rana said about the film.

Rana denied the movie being a propaganda film. “It is just like we take a backdrop and a period for the film. We need a theme which is so serious and makes the entire setup so tensed and dangerous. Naxals are the most intense people,” he said.

“Ravanna is a doctor by profession. The social injustice prevalent that time forces him to take the gun. He is pushed into a moral dilemma between his love and ideology. We are largely inspired by Che Guevera for his character,” Rana revealed about his character in the movie.

The lanky star did not mince words in praising his costar Sai Pallavi. “My character can be replaced by another actor but I can think of no one who can play the character. Venu had designed the character so intensely,” Rana told.

Rana also said he has no inhibitions about showing the movie to more and more people before the release.

“Since Ghazi, I have been doing this. Those who watch the film are appreciating it. Female audience are becoming more emotional. I am sure audience will appreciate the film so much,” Rana evinced his confidence.
