Bedurulanka 2012 - Vennello Aadapilla ‘Vennello Aadapilla’ from ‘Bedurulanka’ testifies to Mani Sharma’s musical prowess

‘Bedurulanka 2012’, starring Kartikeya and Neha Shetty, is not just a comedy-drama but also a love story. That’s why its first song is romantically titled ‘Vennello Aadapilla’. Now, the very title of the song evokes fond memories of how several filmmakers have romanticized the moonlight and the lover girl who glows in the aesthetics associated with the theme.

The song, set to tune by ‘Melody Brahma’ Mani Sharma, is immersive. If Kittu Vissapragada’s lyrics are about the nature of the blooming desire, the tune is solid. Singers Harika Narayan and J.V. Sudhanshu put up a soulful show. The cinematography is pleasant, while Brindha Master’s choreography is spot-on.

Speaking about the song, director Clax says that it is set in the backdrop of Godavari. Kartikeya and Neha don’t waste their time and want to get cozy before the desirous night lasts.

Ravindra Benerjee Muppaneni has produced the drama-comedy. Ajay Ghosh, Satya, Raj Kumar Kasireddy, Srikanth Ayyengar, ‘Auto’ Ram Prasad, Goparaju Ramana, LB Sriram, Surabhi Prabhavathi, Kittayya, Anithanath, and Divya Narni are playing different roles.
