Thanks to OTT, young actor Sundeep Kishan’s long-delayed Tamil film, Naragasooran finally seems to be on course to see daylight. The film is reportedly gearing up for direct to digital release.
Reports suggest, Naragasooran is all set to hit the digital screens on 13th August. The film is said to be premiering on SonyLIV. An official announcement on the same is awaited though.
Naragasooran’s trailer was released back in 2018 but the film couldn’t make it to the theaters due to several financial issues. The makers seem to have finally stuck a deal with an OTT platform for the direct to digital release of the film.
The film is directed by Karthick Naren and it features notable names like Aravind Swamy, Sundeep Kishan, Shriya Saran, Aathmika and Indrajith Sukumaran. The film is billed to be a supernatural thriller.
Sundeep looks set to clear his backlog as his long delayed film is set to hit the screens, albeit the smaller ones.
