A film in the combination of young director Praveen Sattaru and King Akkineni Nagarjuna is locked. An official confirmation remains to be made. What’s more even various rumours too have started related to the project.
One of the rumour concerns the title of the film. A unique and quirky name is doing the rounds called – Na Raatha Nene Raasukunta. As once can sense, it feels more like a dialogue and not a movie title. Furthermore, it doesn’t suit the action genre of the film.
Luckily, for the Akkineni fans, it is now heard that the title has been rejected. It seems that the filmmaker and team were instantly made aware of the reception to the name. A better sense has prevailed, fans say.
The yet-untitled film is said to be an action thriller on the lines of PSV Garuda Vega. Nagarjuna reportedly was bowled over by the action sequences, and wanted to do something on similar lines and hence the project.
Ileana is said to be roped in as the heroine for this project. It is a joint production of Asian Films (Sunil Narang) and Northstar Entertainment (Sharath Marar).
The shooting of the film will commence only after Nagarjuna completes his latest Wild Dog under Solomon’s direction. It means there is no possibility of the movie getting on sets until the end of the year.
