According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, a young hero sent Avika some inappropriate messages. The actress chose to shame him on the Whatsapp group created for young actors in Tollywood.
While some stood by her side and a few others stood by the young Tollywood hero. It is also reported that her lead role was changed into a cameo in one of her recently released films. Avika put up a screenshot of the inappropriate messages on the group for which she was kicked out of the group by the group admin.
By the way, actress Swathi Reddy stood by the young hero’s side with whom she had acted in two films. Any guesses who that young hero could be?
