Will Jagan Relax Rules For Acharya?Megastar Chiranjeevi played a quintessential role in convincing the Andhra Pradesh government to amend the cinema ticket price restrictions. He met with the government representatives and YS Jagan himself multiple times and persuaded them to permit a reasonable ticket pricing system.

Now, the question is – Will YS Jagan relax the rules for Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, Acharya? The rules are that ticket price hikes will be allowed only for big budget films made on a budget of over Rs 100 crores excluding remunerations and 20% of the shoot being carried out in Andhra Pradesh.

As it appears, Acharya doesn’t fulfill either of the requirements. But the makers have applied for Rs 50, Rs 70 hikes in Andhra Pradesh.

Previously, the Jagan government provided relaxations for Radhe Shyam and RRR, despite the fact they weren’t shot in AP. But will Jagan-led government apply the same relaxations for Chiranjeevi‘s Acharya? This question will be answered in the next few days as Acharya heads for theatrical release on the 29th of this month.
