Dasari Narayana Rao is considered fatherly figure in Telugu film industry who was invited to all the film functions. There were at times when Dasari had criticized several wrong doings in the industry but no one replied to time giving due respect to the senior director.
However, Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan had heavily criticised senior director Dasari Narayana Rao at 58th filmfare awards pressmeet last year.When Charan was questioned by a journalist about Dasari’s recent statements on heroines that they are not attending award functions and not participating in movie promotions, charan responded strongly by saying that “All heroines are participating in award functions and few of them are even performing too on stage.
We’ve seen in last year’s filmfare awards function, how many actresses have come down and had fun here.”
And now Dasari had once again criticized Julayi heroine Ileana at the movie audio function who did not attend the movie’s audio function. “It is the minimum courtesy of heroines to attend the audio launch functions of their own films. I do not understand why they miss these. Audio launch functions are very important as they are like the cradle ceremony for new born babies.”, said Dr.Dasari.
Ram Charan who was supposed to attend the event could not make due to his marriage arrangements. Lets see if he comes to Ileana’s defence at some other occasion.
