This is one project that was in the pipeline for the better part of three years. Kerintha, which is going to be project No. 18 for producer Dil Raju, finally got underway recently . The movie will star newcomers in the lead roles who have been selected after a ‘talent hunt’. Sai Kiran Adivi will be directing the movie.
Kerintha was conceived in 2010, but for numerous reasons the project kept getting postponed. Despite rumors emanating that the project was shelved, Sai Kiran Adivi and Dil Raju were always certain that they were going to do Kerintha. It is remarkable to see that their faith in the project has finally paid off. Dil Raju said that they have been working on the script of Kerintha for the last two years. He says he doesn’t mind the delay as he’s very confident about the film.
Kerintha will have the same freshness as the earlier movies released on our banner, Arya, Bommarillu and Kotha Bangaru Lokam. The shooting will start on June 23 and the movie will be completed by September
