It is quite common in Telugu cinema that makers do overlook certain ‘far from reality’ issues in their movie. On similar lines, The makers of Manchu Manoj’s Mr.Nokia ignored the copyright issues involving the movie title.
But the mobile phone giant has different ideas. They have shot a legal notice on Sri Shailendra movies banner for infringing their exclusive rights of their ‘Nokia’ title. This was a very different issue to Telugu cinema. The makers have decided to change the spelling of the movie with out changing the title but law is too intelligent for them to tamper.
Finally, on receiving one more notice from Nokia, the makers have decided to drop the word ‘Nokia. And instead made the title ‘Mr.Nookaiah’.
