Chiru--Krishnavamsi

At this juncture, when megastar Chiranjeevi wants to make his comeback with his 150th movie which is going to be a milestone in his career, there is a lot of speculation on who would be finalised for his movie. Though a couple of names are said to be in the list, director V.V.Vinayak’s name is heard most as if it is almost confirmed that he is gonna direct Chiru’s milestone movie.

Latest, even Krishna Vamshi’s name came to the forefront. Way back in Chiru’s career when he was facing slump due to back to back failures like Big Boss, Alluda majaka, S.P. Parashuram, Mechanic Alludu during the 1990’s era, Chiru had no Telugu film releases for an year in 1995 and then again came back to his original form with ‘Hitler’, a family entertainer.

At this juncture of Chiru’s career, V.V.Vinayak doesn’t seem to be the right choice for Chiru’s film because one knows the adeptness of Vinayak at handling mass action flicks. On the other hand, Krishna Vamsi is very skilled at making family entertainers with heart touching elements. And he too expressed his desire to direct Chiru implicitly.

Taking care of the post production work of KV’s GAV, promotional campaigns and getting himself attached to Krishna Vamsi, all this might help megastar to decide whether to go with Vinayak kind of film or Krishna Vamsi kind of movie. Going by his previous experiences in his long standing career, Chiranjeevi might need KV not Vinayak at present. What say folks?
