Why Its Advantage Spyder –Under Any CircumstanceThe makers of Spyder have confirmed a September 27 release. Team Paisa Vasool is looking at shifting its release date. It has now put things into perspective and here’s why we think Spyder has the best advantage under any circumstances barring one.

As of now, Spyder is the only film near completion. Only one song is pending, and post-production is happening from a long time. It allows the makers to have right distribution deals and get the best theaters locked in advance. With those things in place, let’s take a look at three different scenarios.

Case 1: With a hit talk, Spyder gets not only the opening advantage but also a long extended weekend full of holidays locally till Gandhi Jayanthi. In the US it gets Tuesday premieres with a long weekend. The numbers could be humongous with right talk and no competition in the second week as well.

Case 2: With a flop or disaster talk, Spyder still gets the opening day advantage and then it’s followed by holidays. The only effect, in this case, would be in the US. A big final total can be reached even with flop talk.

Case 3: If Jai Lava Kusa is a hit, it still loses theaters to other release and Spyder gets its opening and weekend run without any interruption. If JLK is a flop, need we say anymore?

The only situation where Spyder could be affected is, if both, Jai Lava Kusa and Spyder have the same talk, be it hit or flop. With the same talk, the first release gets an advantage with extended holiday period and cuts into the second release as well.

Meanwhile, Paisa Vasool can only do one thing, hurt Jai Lava Kusa by releasing, around it. Otherwise, it can have a safe run depending purely on its talk by releasing on any other Friday in September.
