Krish was rumoured to be working with senior star Venkatesh post his box office success ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’. ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ which also turns out to be Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film was a landmark film and the next venture which Krish was supposed to direct for renowned actor Venkatesh was to be his 75th movie, another landmark.
However, it seems that the director’s wish to create more milestone films wouldn’t be fulfilled. Apparently, the project that would’ve been Venkatesh’s 75th has now been shelved. While the duo will work together sometime in the future, at present the film is on pause.
A source revealed that the film was supposed to be based on a novel. The reason behind the shelving is that they couldn’t get the rights for the book. The director will now be moving on to other ventures.
