Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ was made with a whopping budget of several hundreds of crores and it created a sensation throughout the nation for its grandeur and story telling method. Here is a veteran who has some questions on ‘Baahubali’?
Kaikala Satyanarayana felt that for a society like us where people are suffering, to waste crores for the sake of grandeur is unnecessary. What would have happened if the film had bombed? What would have happened to those hundreds of crores?”, questioned the veteran on the lavish budget.
“What is the use of ‘Baahubali’ to society”? Is there any message in the film? There is no story either. It’s a film which was made with just three lines in mind. We have already watched better grandeur in Hollywood films.
The money they spent on the sets and the graphics is pure waste opined the senior who thinks that such grandeur shouldn’t be thought as taking the level of Telugu films to another level.
