Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s new film with director Trivikram Srinivas has started its shoot today (April 3). Yes, the star is not taking any long gap and is back to sets within a month after the wrap up of Katamarayudu.
While the beginning of shoot is good news for the fans of Pawan Kalyan, there is a great confusion on when to release the movie. Initially, it was confirmed that this biggie would arrive on August 11 but now that is ruled out, and none other than Nithiin confirmed it indirectly.
The next dates one hears is for Vinayaka Chaviti in the last week of August or Dussera in September. These two dates are fine except that then the Pawan Kalyan starrer would not get a big solo release advantage a large scale film usually hopes for. Films of Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Nagarjuna, and Balakrishna are already rumored to arrive during the same period.
It then leaves with only one option but a fabulous one, nonetheless. Sankranthi 2018 could be a perfect release date for Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram movie. Firstly, it will give enough gap between Pawan Kalyan films and secondly it won’t have another big movie to compete with and that too in the biggest holiday period. Also, Sankranthi release will give ample scope for creating records. Keeping all this in mind, we can’t think of a better release date for sure. Let us see what the makers have in mind.
