It’s been months or may be even a year since Pawan Kalyan announced that he would work on the feature to Gabbar Singh. However, the film hasn’t gone on floors for a long time because Pawan was not happy with the script. Another reason why the film got delayed is because the makers have still have zeroed in on a leading lady.
Nobody knows what exactly is delaying the project, which was supposed to go on floors last year. The delay is also killing the buzz around the film as people are slowly forgetting the prequel and are moving on with other films. There is strong buzz that Pawan has given director Sampath Nandi and his writers an ultimatum to complete the script by March. Apparently, Pawan is expected to drop the project if the final script is not completed by the deadline he has given his team.
The film will be produced by Pawan’s friend Sharath Marar, while Devi Sri Prasad will team up again to compose the film’s music.
