Ram Charan posted a new video this morning on his social media account, and he is killing it with his intense workout regime. In the video, Charan can be seen pulling off effortlessly various workouts.

According to a source close to the actor, Charan works out almost every day and starts with 3X50 sets of push-ups, followed by 3X10 sets of inclined bench press, 3X50 sets of plate twist, 3X12 sets of close grip push-ups, 3X10 sets of triple stop bench press, 3X25 sets of barbell floor wipers, 3X12 sets of renegade row, and 2X10 sets of pull-ups.

Mega fans are getting excited that all these fitness practices are for his upcoming film with Shankar. Many on social media are appreciating his hard work and dedication and are taking him as an inspiration.

Shankar’s film RC15, touted to be a political action thriller, is getting readied for a summer 2023 release.
