Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya is going great guns at the box office with very good revenues being reported all across. The film made the very most of the Sankranthi advantage.
As a part of the post release promotions, the director of the film Bobby sat down for an interview with M9.news and here’s what he had to say.
When we asked him about the magic in the film that overpowered logics in certain sequences, Bobby replied “It was a calculated risk. We knew a few sequences were overboard, but we created the right magic to overpower it. Obviously, this is the case with commercial cinema. Commercial films won’t have reality aspect. The sole purpose here is to entertain the audience”.
Bobby added that what gives him more satisfaction than the blockbuster revenues is the excitement of fans who are thanking him for giving back the vintage Chiranjeevi. He says this love is worth more than anything for him.
