Megastar Chiranjeevi scored a box office hit with Waltair Veerayya which went on a good run this Sankranthi season. The film is now on course for its OTT debut.
As per the latest reports, Waltair Veerayya will be made available for streaming on its official OTT streaming partner Netflix from the 27th of this month.
The film released in theaters on the 13th of January and roughly 6 weeks post its theatrical release, it is headed for the OTT premieres now.
The film is an action entertainer with Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja in the lead roles. It is directed by Bobby and funded by Mythri Movie Makers.
Chiru’s previous film, GodFather also had Netflix as its OTT partner and the makers stated the film got good traction on the OTT platform. Will the same be the case with Waltair Veerayya now? We have to wait and see.
As for Chiranjeevi, he will next be seen in Bholaa Shankar which is directed by Meher Ramesh. This film is a remake of Tamil star Ajith’s Vedhalam.
