People are better judges everytime and one has to accept the fact. When it comes to choosing who is the best, a system has been developed to choose who is the best with the help of commitees specially formed to look into the matter. In the case of choosing the best among the films, actors and technicians; judges watch the films and cast their vote and then decide who is the best. These decisions are sometimes criticised because only a few people are involved in choosing the best one for the award.

For popular awards ceremonies which are conducted by other commercial institutions, the selection process for choosing the best isn’t based upon a few popular celebrities choice. It is the people who take active part in choosing the best. When the jury of South Indian International Movie Awards announced the names of the celebrities who are in the contestants lists, the fans of these celebrities especially the top heroes are toiling hard to make their favourites win. The reason behind is the voting system.

Since the final decision of the winners is entirely based on the voting from the common public, fans of the respective heroes and other celebrities are making sure that their favourite gets maximum number of clicks. It has become more like a war between the fan clubs and admirers of the heroes. Especially fans of top heroes, Prince Mahesh Babu and Powerstar Pawan Kalyan are literally locking horns with each other to see that their favourite is going to get maximum number of hits to make him the winner.

Besides voting for their favourite hero, Mahesh and Pawan’s fans are enlisting the credibilities of their hero in social networking sites justifying why their hero must get the best actor award. Since Mahesh Babu has taken away the Filmfare Award for Best Actor Male for his performance in ‘Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’, Pawan’s fans want their hero to win this time at any cost. Whatever, these voting system seems more like a war between the two heroes’ fans while the heroes themselves hold no grudges against each other.
