The makers of Sai Dharm Tej’s Virupaksha have dropped the title glimpse video. The USP here is that Jr NTR gave the voiceover for the same.
The video starts with Jr NTR’s voiceover as he says “Agnyaanam bhayaaniki moolam…. Bhayam moodanammakaniki kaaranam…”. There’s the obvious NTR’s mark captivating vocal renditions.
It is evident that the film is based on mystical tales and superstitions in a rural area. So, there’s something out of the ordinary that could be on the offing.
Towards the end, we get a glimpse of Sai Dharam Tej and he is seen in action mode, holding a rustic wooden weapon. He has slimmed down a bit, as it appears.
The glimpse does offer something new on the visual front and it suggests that the film is coming with a relatively fresh concept. The background score and the dark theme visuals complement each other to deliver technical finesse in the glimpse video.
The film is directed by Karthik Varma Dandu and it has Samyuktha Menon in the female lead role. Sukumar is coproducing the film and he also provided the screenplay. It will have a pan-India release on the 21st of April.
