While we can’t conclude if that’s actually Vijay or someone else, many netizens have already connected the dots on their own and are saying it is indeed Vijay’s voice in Rashmika’s personal video.
There are also reports that the couple is out, holidaying together in Bali. They are yet to drop an official word about their relationship though.
