Vintage Bank Set Of 1960s In SVPSuperstar Mahesh Babu‘s ambitious film ‘Sarkaru Vari Paata’ is getting ready for release on May 12th. Art Director AS Prakash has erected some massive sets for the film including the most-talked about Bank Sets.

“The story of ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata‘ is set against the backdrop of the banking system. In fact, we had not one but three sets. The story required three banks. One of them is of a bank fifty years ago. We studied and designed the set in a vintage look in Annapurna studios. It comes in flashback. We also laid two other modern bank sets,” AS Prakash said.

“Apart from the bank, almost eight sets were laid. There is also a street set. We first wanted to shoot it in Goa. However, there were some practical problems. Again we took a basic colony in Hyderabad and designed it to fit the story like Vizag Street. Most of the shooting took place on the sets. We have done a lot of interiors and exterior design,” the art director added.

“This is my seventh film with Mahesh Babu since Dookudu. I always gave my best for him. Be it Kondareddy Buruju in Sarileru or Bank set in this movie. He has immense knowledge about all the 24 crafts and gives excellent insights,” AS Prakash told about Mahesh Babu.

He also spoke high about the film – “Sarkaru Vaari Paata is a perfect commercial entertainer with loads of action. I know it instantly when Parasuram narrated this story,” he said exciting Mahesh Babu fans

AS Prakash has some exciting lineup after Sarkaru Vaari Paata – Chiranjeevi’s Bholaa Shankar and director Bobby’s film, Balakashna – Malineni Gopichand film, Trivikram – Mahesh Babu, and Venkatesh – Varun Tej – Anil Ravipudi F3.
