Vijay Deverakonda - Wanted to Be a Director in FrustrationWith three back-to-back blockbusters, Vijay Deverakonda is in a happy space and getting ready for the release of his next, a bilingual ‘NOTA’. Talking about his selection of movies with little spacing between the movie’ releases, Vijay Deverakonda talked about the frustration he had before ‘Yevade Subramanyam’.

He used to be fed up with the nonsense stories that used to come his way and out of frustration, he even thought of writing a story for himself and direct the movie even. The young star also has a couple of stories he had written when he was in frustration. After ‘Yevade Subramanyam’, a lot of interesting stories came his way and he accepted all of them and hence, there is a lineup of films without little spacing between the releases.

When good stories with good scripts kept coming along, then he understood that there are many good stories written by our writers and it was only that all of them were filtered and went to others. The remaining bad stories used to come his way, earlier. Now, good stories are coming to him first and he has scope to be choosy.
