This time too, it is related to coronavirus and lockdown, but it reveals a new side of the young star and also a secret project he has been nurturing for some time.

The Arjun Reddy star has announced that he has started a foundation – it is called The Deverakonda Foundation (TDF). Through this, the actor will enable the youth to develop skills (depending on their talents) and then find a placement. It involves a lengthy screening process, and the ones who reach the final stage get placed in jobs they desire.

So far fifty members are selected after a various screening process. A couple of them have already got confirmed placement. The remaining have been affected due to the pandemic and layoff scenario. Vijay Deverakonda has assured he would back them all the way and has pooled one crore for the same. The target here is to employ nearly one lakh youth.

Besides TDF, Vijay Deverakonda also has initiated Middle Class Fund (MCF). It is for the welfare of lower to middle-class people who are struggling to get essential daily commodities. The needy people have to register on the website given by the star, and his team would help in the delivery.

TDF and MCF show a hitherto unseen side of Vijay Deverakonda. The humanitarian aspect with the middle-class sensibilities and a thoroughly thought out plan of action are winning him many new admirers.
