It is all multi-tasking that is trending in our Tollywood now with actor turning director and directors turning actors, even the producers. Well, here we are talking about Vijay Deverakonda who turned producer for his friend plus director now an actor Tharun Bhascker’s film Meeku mathrame Chepta.
Sharing about his experience to do his first film as a lead in Meeku Mathrame Cheptha, Tharun says only after starting to act he started to empathize with the actors in the industry where he used to think the caravan is just an unnecessary luxury to the actors. He says they need some privacy to prepare before they pour expressions and emotions in front of the camera and learnt a lot doing Meeku Mathame Cheptha.
Also says Tharun how Vijay Deverakonda, who is a senior to him as an actor insisted him lose 15kgs before they started off with the film to look fit for the role and Tharun did it. Of course, when you become a producer you are ought to take such care for your film and Vijay is doing the same with his Pelli Choopulu director. He gave a kick off hit to Vijay with Pelli Choopulu and we should see if he gives another kick off hit to Vijay as a producer.
